The implementation project of this program is to be carried out with the help of a team of experts from the EUROPEAN Dinamycs, the winning company of the bidding organized by the PHARE Office of Payments and Contracts with the Ministry of Economy and Finance, in cooperation with experts from the Ministry of Labor, Family and Equal Opportunities and the National Agency for Employment.

The project is to be implemented on an eight-month period and has two components: assistance for the acquisition of a software product and of some hard equipment for the connection to the EURES European portal of vacancies and assistance and training of EURES staff.

EURES network was created through the European Commission’s decision on October 22, 1993 for the implementation of the Council of Europe’s Regulation No. 1612/1968 on the free movement of labor inside the European Community.

EURES is a network made of European employment public services and other organizations involved on the labor market – trade unions, employers’ associations, coordinated by the European Commission. The network’s objectives are: development of cooperation between the member states, between their public employment services, the exchange of vacancies at the European level and facilitation of an information exchange on the living and labor conditions in the European space, as well as coordination of this information flow.
