Romania, Ukraine, monitoring projects in Danube Delta

Romania and Ukraine will jointly monitor the projects carried out in the Danube Delta, said Ukraine’s President Viktor Yushchenko in Bucharest on Tuesday but added that in the case of the Bystroe-Black Sea Canal, it is a sovereign territory of the Ukrainian State, which has the right to carry on a sovereign activity.
