Google has its first consultant for Romania

Google, the main Internet search engine, announced on Wednesday the naming of its first consultant for Romania. The company’s choice was Radu Tudorache, former manager in the National Communication Regulation Agency (ANRC). Google didn’t offer any clear information on Tudorache’s future activity. Read more
Importers against frontier paid VAT

The Government decided to re-instate the VAT payment at Romania’s border for goods imported from non-EU countries. The measure will be applied starting on April 15 and will last until the end of 2008. Read more
