Former Agriculture Minister Gheorghe Flutur reported in 2006 that the Agriculture Payments and Intervention Agency was over 90 percent operational in 2006, a percentage that is greater by far than the real one, Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu said on Tuesday at a stocktaking meeting of the Ministry of Administration and Interior that presented the 2006 activity report of the ministry.
